Depending on the item(s) you purchase, and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. 48 Contiguous United States- Standard, (3-6 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. - Second Day, (2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

- Overnight, (1 business day)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via One Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

- Standard Freight, (7-14 business days)
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and bring it inside.
Products indicating Inside Delivery will include delivery over the first threshold of your home. It does not include flights of stairs, assembly or debris removal.
- Premium Freight, (7-14 business days)
Oversized items are heavy or oddly shaped items that must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)
Many oversized items on this site may be shipped via a premium delivery service called Silver Service Delivery. If this option is available it will be noted on the Product Detail page and during Checkout.
Products indicating Inside Delivery will include delivery over the first threshold of your home. Please note that set-up, assembly or debris removal is not included in Silver Service delivery service.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We suggest you save the item's original box for a short time in case a return is required.
Alaska or Hawaii- Second Day, (2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective please call our office at 954-916-1171, and have your order number and item number from your original confirmation email ready. The Player’s Connection will make every effort to help you with your return.
If there is extensive damage to the box upon delivery, contact us as quickly as possible at 954-916-1171, and have your order information ready.
Returns
We will exchange items purchased online within the first 30 days after the purchase date, as long as the item is in its original packaging and in its original condition. Exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit to your Player’s Connection account, which you can use for any other item in our store. Freight will be reimbursed only if there is a shipping error or if the product is damaged or defective.
All sales are final on clearance and on sale items.
